FIELD: cleaning devices.
SUBSTANCE: method for operating a floor cleaner. The floor cleaner consists of a floor head, at least one cleaning roller mounted on the floor head, a storage device mounted on the floor head, and at least one scoop element functionally connected to at least one cleaning roller. At least one scoop element is located on the storage device and at least one section of the storage device, on which at least one scoop element is located, is movable relative to the floor head during operation of the cleaner.
EFFECT: optimizing the operation of the cleaner for the operator, reduction of the interference with floor irregularities, such as seams, or the occurrence of such interference, and optimization of the cleaning result, with regard to the selection of large litter.
