FIELD: sprinkler devices.
SUBSTANCE: deflector nozzle contains conical plates installed in each other. Conical plates are made with different base diameters. Above the upper conical plate there is a conical deflector, made with an angle of inclination to the longitudinal axis of symmetry. The base of the cone has an annular brim on top in the form of a flanging of its edges, horizontally. The conical plates on the outer generatrix of the conical surface of the deflector are installed coaxially with a gap in each other with the possibility of covering and flowing around the entire circumference of the side walls of the deflector, the bases of which have upper peaks or concave walls in the form of flanging edges. Peaks or concave walls are directed towards water jets. The side inclined walls of the truncated conical plates have different heights towards the base of the conical deflector and are connected to each other along the generatrix by means of rigid thin round holder rods of the threaded connection, screwed into the nut with fastening rigidly on the side wall in the middle part of the deflector surface. The side walls of the truncated conical plates are fixed in such a way that holder rods are passed through their round holes, while maintaining their vertical position, which are threaded along the entire length and equipped with an adjusting nut on one side, and are fixed with a lock nut on the other. The angle towards the base of the deflector, starting from the tip of its end, is less than the angle from the side of the last of each subsequent truncated conical plate with the possibility of their fastening on holder rods and with the jet exiting upward along the tapering annular channel. The sprinkler deflector nozzle with elements of truncated conical plates with visors or concave walls is made of high-strength plastic, and the rods with nuts are made of brass. Distance between canopies or concave walls to their height S/h=2.5…3.5, where h is the vertical height between the ends of the tapering walls of the conical plates; S is the distance between the peaks or concave walls along the vertical, while the ratio between their height and the thickness of the jet layer in the narrowing channel flowing down the surface of the flat elements is h/H=1.0…1,2, where h is the height between the ends of the tapering walls of the conical plates in height; H is the thickness of the layer flowing upward from the narrowing channel. The central angle of the outlet opening of a spherical seat in cross section is equal to α=90…180°, facing the sharp end of the conical deflector, and its top is inside the spherical seat. Additionally, the deflector is fixed by means of spokes to the movable adjusting nut, where the spoke, nut and deflector are made as a single piece.
EFFECT: expansion of the technological capabilities of the sprinkler deflector nozzle with increased pressure of irrigation water in the pressure pipeline, increase in the efficiency of spraying.
