FIELD: building houses; structures of solid wood walls.
SUBSTANCE: wooden wall structure made of solid wood contains embedded elements and wall plate elements arranged horizontally, perforated on the surfaces with through holes for dowels in accordance with the nominal location of the profile centres of the profiled racks of the inner layer, at least one inner layer of profiled solid wood racks with mushroom-shaped protrusions located vertically between the embedded element and the wall panel and arranged symmetrically relative to the longitudinal axis of the layer, in which radial grooves are cut in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the layer, with profiled grooves/protrusions on the edges perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the layer, with blind holes coaxial to the longitudinal axis of the rack on the end surfaces, with through holes perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the rack on the profiled edges. Two layers of vertically arranged profiled front posts made of solid wood, the profile of which is formed by a part of the profile of the posts of the inner layer with an additional bell-shaped groove on the mushroom-shaped ledge. Racks of the inner layers and racks of the front layers are connected with racks of adjacent layers through mushroom-shaped protrusions forming a labyrinth connection, embeds and wall panels with pre-perforated through base holes are made of two layers of elements, the splicing joints of which are arranged with gaps and with an offset in the adjacent layers of embeds / wall panels at least by one step along the wall between the nearest base holes of one layer. The step along the perforation wall of the through base holes in the elements of the embeds and wall panels exceeds the distance between the edges with grooves and protrusions of the internal racks and the distance between the edges with grooves and protrusions of the front racks by the value of the maximum probable swelling of the solid wood posts in the direction along the wall under known installation conditions and operation. The end surfaces of the racks of the front layers are additionally profiled with grooves, and additional guides with protrusions connected with the end profiles of the front racks are installed parallel to the elements of embeds and wall panels closest to the ends of the racks of the front layers. The inner layers in the corner joints of walls of arbitrary length contain a group of internal profiled racks with full and reduced profile, formed as part of the profile of the internal racks, while each element of the inner layer of the reduced profile racks is connected to adjacent racks with screws. The front layers in the corner joints of walls of arbitrary length contain a group of front profiled racks with full and reduced profile, the profiles of which are formed as part of the profile of full front racks, while each element of the front layer of the reduced profile racks is connected to adjacent racks with screws.
EFFECT: increased operational reliability of a wooden wall made of massive vertical elements in various operating modes.
