SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pressure testing of pipes lowered into the well. Device for pressure testing of tubing contains a saddle installed in the tubing, and reset destructible locking body. The locking body is made with a cylindrical body that collapses at a certain pressure drop and a sealing unit, an annular protrusion and a groove. The annular protrusion is made on the outer surface at the level of the bottom with the possibility of bending or cutting off under the action of excess pressure. The groove is located above the annular ledge. The sealing unit is made of an alloy that quickly corrodes in water in the form of a hollow cylinder with a bottom.
EFFECT: increased reliability of operation and accuracy of operation of the device for pressure testing of tubing.
