FIELD: per-based bookbinding material production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of materials consisting of a fibrous base coated with a layer of a macromolecular substance, and relates to a method for manufacturing paper-based bookbinding material with a cellulose nitrate coating. The technological cycle for the production of bookbinding material at the stage of preparing the cellulose nitrate coating composition includes its modification with a maleate derivative of butadiene-piperylene rubber of the SKDP-N brand in combination with a nonionic surfactant - preparation OS-20. The transparent cover varnish is also modified by using a liquid photopolymerizable composition "Likofot-Tr", which provides sequential curing of the varnish by two mechanisms - polycondensation and polymerization with the formation of cross-linked structures such as interpenetrating polymer networks. Such varnish coatings have elasticity and high strength, significantly reduce the migration of plasticizers from the cellulose nitrate layer of the bookbinding material.
EFFECT: invention provides an improvement in the method for manufacturing a multilayer binding material on a base paper with a cellulose nitrate coating with high deformation-strength properties and an increase in the degree of operational reliability of the bindings of printed products.
