FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering and nonlinear dynamics. It can be used in radio engineering devices and communication systems. In addition, it can be used for research in the field of neurodynamics and the creation of neural-like computing systems. To do this, the device is based on the principle of operation of a phase-locked loop (PLL) system with a RC-CR band-pass filter. The use of this type of filter makes it possible to obtain vibrations of varying complexity in the system, qualitatively similar to the dynamics of the membrane potential of a biological neuron. The main distinguishing feature of this device is the use of an additional control loop in the RC-CR filter circuit, which in turn makes it possible to implement an excitable mode while maintaining the main dynamics of the system.
EFFECT: providing the possibility to implement an excitable mode while maintaining the basic dynamics of the phase–locked loop (PLL) system with a bandpass filter.
