FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diaphragm pumping units for the production of reservoir fluid from low-rate wells, mainly with sand intrusions, high water cut, curves or inclined wells. The electric pump consists of a housing (1), in which the operating chambers (2) and (3) are symmetrically placed, connected with the annulus by means of suction valves (4), and with the internal cavity of the tubing by means of discharge valves (7). The chambers (2) and (3) are hermetically separated by elastic diaphragms (8) and (9) from the driving end. In the driving end there is a drive and a cylinder block (10) with plungers (11) and (12) with return springs (13) and (14). Plungers (11) and (12) are driven by a drive shaft (19) with a swash plate (20) and a thrust bearing (21). A heel (22) with a foot (23) is mounted on the thrust bearing (21), which is fixed in the drive shaft (19) with the help of at least one radial bearing (24).
EFFECT: eliminating radial loads on the thrust bearing, which significantly increases the durability of its operation.
