SUBSTANCE: method for synchronizing estrus in highly productive cows is proposed, including intramuscular administration of gonadotropin-releasing hormone and vitamin A to cows at the same time, 7 days later prostaglandin, vitamin E and selenium are administered intramuscularly at the same time, the next day — an injection of prostaglandin, in 24 hours gonadotropin is administered intramuscularly to cows — releasing hormone, and in 16 hours, artificial insemination is carried out, on the 18th day after artificial insemination, gonadotropin-releasing hormone is administered intramuscularly to all cows, within 7 days, if there is estrus in females, they are artificially inseminated, on the 25th day non-inseminated cows are given an intramuscular injection of gonadotropin-releasing hormone, then in 7 days, with obvious signs of estrus, the females are inseminated, on the 32nd day, ultrasound is performed to check for pregnancy of the remaining cows on the hormone program, if single animals are detected, prostaglandin is injected intramuscularly, on the next day, intramuscular injection of prostaglandin is repeated, after 24 hours, gonadotropin-releasing hormone is administered intramuscularly, and after 16 hours, artificial insemination of cows is carried out.

EFFECT: invention provides stimulation and increase of the reproductive function of cows.
