SUBSTANCE: device (50) designed to be installed between the back prop of the fastening of a bypass gas turbine engine of an aircraft and the connecting hood of said gas turbine engine, while the connecting hood is designed to connect the upstream ring, which limits the intermediate flow compartment, with a rack passing radially through the secondary flow of the gas turbine engine. According to the invention, the device (50) comprises two contact edges (52a, 52b) extending along different lines (72a, 72b), including the first C-section edge (52a) included in the contact structure (73) and the second edge (52b) containing at its end a locking section (63) protecting the contact structure (73).
EFFECT: fire-fighting device that is effective, fits perfectly into its environment, and the design of which makes it extremely easy and inexpensive to manufacture, for example, due to its monoblock construction.
