SUBSTANCE: smoking part for use in a circumferentially heated non-combustible cigarette is obtained by connecting in series the base material of the central smoke generating element, the paper tube element, the filter element, and the condensing element. The paper tube element, filter element and condensing element are wrapped with composite shaping paper on the outside. The core material of the central smoke generating element is wrapped with cigarette paper on the outside. Composite shaping paper and cigarette paper are wrapped with rim paper outside. The condensation element is a polymeric material. The element in the form of a paper tube is provided with the first ventilation holes. The wall thickness of the paper tube element is from 0.20 mm to 0.30 mm. The paper tube element on the inner wall or inside is provided with a first flavour-enhancing layer. The element in the form of a paper tube contains a tubular wall and a tubular cavity. The tubular wall is provided with several flow interruption plates extending into the tubular cavity. A number of flow interruption plates is arranged at intervals in the axial direction of said paper tube element and distributed in a circumferential direction of said paper tube element.

EFFECT: prevention of destruction of the filter element with the appearance of a smell of plastic as a result of its heating and drying.
