FIELD: hydraulic systems.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is claimed, including: a hydraulic system, a mining machine and a method for controlling a hydraulic drive. The technical result is the creation of a new and improved hydraulic system for controlling the operation of a hydraulic drive. The hydraulic system for a mining machine contains a pump to generate hydraulic pressure and flow to the system. It also contains a tank for storing and receiving the working fluid. Also, a hydraulic drive containing the first pressure working cavity and the second pressure working cavity. It also contains the first pressure pipeline connected in fluid medium with the first pressure working cavity, and the second pressure pipeline connected in fluid medium with the second pressure working cavity. It also contains the first balancing valve connected to the first pressure pipeline and designed to limit the flow of the fluid drained from the first pressure working cavity and provide a free inlet flow in the opposite direction. Also, a second balancing valve connected to the second pressure pipeline and designed to restrict the flow of fluid drained from the second pressure working cavity and provide free inlet flow in the opposite direction. As well as a hydraulic distributor for controlling the supply of working fluid to the first and second pressure working cavities and draining from them in order to control the direction and speed of movement created by the hydraulic drive. The hydraulic system further comprises a first solenoid valve for controlling the opening pressure of the first balancing valve and a second electromagnetic valve for controlling the opening pressure of the second balancing valve.
EFFECT: pressure of the working fluid drained from the pressure working cavities of the hydraulic drive is independently controlled.
