The technical result of the implementation of the present invention is the creation of waterproofing barriers with maximum resistance to leaching under the action of the aqueous phase, a high rate of curing and no tendency to microcracks that reduce the strength of the stone. Cement-free carbonate-bentonite binder for waterproof barriers, containing slaked lime, a complex of salts, including sodium chloride, ammonium nitrate and aluminium sulphate and silicate-carbonate filler containing bentonite clay powder, sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate in the following ratio of components, wt.%: slaked lime 20-35; complex of salts 8-15, containing wt.%: sodium chloride 25-35, ammonium nitrate 5-15, aluminium sulphate 50-70; bentonite clay powder 7.0-50; sodium carbonate 0.5-5; sodium bicarbonate 7.5-60.
