SUBSTANCE: invention relates to units for the primary processing of oil. The invention relates to an atmospheric oil distillation plant with an increased output of winter diesel fuel, including a main column equipped with lines for introducing oil, reflux, main steam irrigation, lines for distilling bottoms and vapours, as well as lines for outputting side streams of light and heavy gas oil fractions. On the output line of the side stream of the light gas oil fraction, there is a stripper column equipped with a winter diesel fuel output line and connected to the main column by a vapor supply line. A catalytic processing unit is installed on the line for outputting the side stream of the heavy gas oil fraction, which includes a pump, a recuperative heat exchanger, a heater and a catalytic isomerization reactor equipped with a reaction products output line, on which connections of input/output lines of at least a part of the reaction products to the recuperative heat exchanger are located, and also a pressure reducing valve and a separator connected by a separation vapor supply line to the main column vapor supply line, and connected by a separation residue supply line to the main column above the light gas oil side stream outlet line. The invention also relates to an embodiment of an atmospheric oil distillation plant with increased output of winter diesel fuel.
