FIELD: internal ratchet mechanism.
SUBSTANCE: bidirectional anti-slip devices in a monorail crane based on an internal ratchet mechanism. Device contains a stabilizing mechanism following the trolley, a guide and two, front and rear, sets of locking mechanisms with opposite directions. The stabilization mechanism following the trolley contains a protective casing, the middle trolley, made with the possibility of sliding, and the hydraulic cylinder, made with the possibility of controlling the sliding of the middle trolley, are located in the protective casing, the front trolley and the rear trolley are fixed at two, front and rear, ends of the protective casing, respectively. Each locking mechanism contains two groups, left and right, of ratchet devices, each of the ratchet devices contains a fastening rod, a plurality of internal ratchet wheels, made with the possibility of rotation in one direction, are fixed respectively at two ends of the fastening rod on one side of the fastening rod, closest to guide, the inner ratchets on the two front and rear sets of locking mechanisms rotate in opposite directions. The two ends of the fastening rod on the front stopper are pivotally connected to the front trolley and the middle trolley, respectively, by means of the front rocker arms, and the two ends of the fastening rod on the rear stopper are pivotally connected to the rear trolley and the middle trolley, respectively, by the rear rocker arms.
EFFECT: safety of operators and implementation of safe transportation are ensured.
