FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used on the main railway and rail transport in the coal and mining industries. Braking device of the vehicle contains a movable rod, a hydroaccumulating module and a power hydraulic cylinder connected to the working hydraulic cylinder through a hydraulic conduit and a spool with electromagnetic control. The rod of the working hydraulic cylinder is connected through a lever to the brake body. The emergency hydraulic distributor is connected through a hydraulic line to the working hydraulic cylinder and is additionally equipped with a one-sided power hydraulic cylinder with a damper, which is connected to the discharge tank and through the check valve to the supply tank and is equipped with outlets placed in pairs connected to the hydraulic storage module, which includes hydraulic lines, the number of which corresponds to the number of outlet hole pairs. Each pair of outlets is connected to a hydraulic line, including a hydraulic line and a control line connected in series and a safety valve connected through a check valve to a hydropneumatic accumulator, which in turn is connected to an emergency hydraulic distributor. The emergency hydraulic distributor is connected through a hydraulic line to the working hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic line of each previous hydraulic line is connected by a line to the safety valve of the subsequent hydraulic line. The spool with electromagnetic control is connected to the waste tank and through the check valve with the power hydraulic cylinder, made one-sided and connected through the check valve to the supply tank.
EFFECT: increase the discharge time of the hydro-storage module due to the accumulation of kinetic energy in the hydro-storage module.
