SUBSTANCE: amphibian aircraft contains a fuselage, floats, a wing with wingtips, a tail unit, a propulsion unit, a power unit, a landing gear, main hydrofoils, a rear water support, and a water rudder. The floats are connected to the fuselage, wing and tail in form of a profiled ring with the help of overlaps, cuffs, as well as longitudinal strakes along the bottom. The screw-type propeller is built into the profiled ring, and the profiled ring contains a high-positioned elevator with lateral profiled surfaces, as well as side rudders.
EFFECT: improved aerodynamic quality and efficiency, the possibility of short takeoff and landing, increased stability and controllability of amphibian aircraft.
