FIELD: amplifying technique.
SUBSTANCE: used in broadband power amplifiers of hydroacoustic radiating paths. To do this, in a single-channel class D amplifier containing a control circuit with width-modulated signal buses that provides alternate control of the transistors of the key amplifier, an output current sensor and a two-threshold control circuit are introduced that provide alternate control of transistors, taking into account the measured value of the output current, which makes it possible to eliminate current interruption in the inductor of the output filter with minimal turn-on delays of transistors.
EFFECT: improving the quality of the output signal while reducing dynamic energy losses.
