SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the underground mining of steeply dipping ore bodies of medium thickness. The method for developing steeply dipping ore bodies of medium thickness includes workings: a haul road, bore haul drifts dividing the ore body into chambers; breaking of ore layers by fans of wells drilled from bore haulage ores onto a clamping medium and release of broken ore through the bore hauling drift. At the same time, the filling mass is formed from dry rock and a hardened layer is created at the interface with the ore mass of the conjugated chamber by injecting cement mortar through the filling wells drilled in the ore mass. The breaking of the ore mass is carried out in a clamping medium on the filling mass, ensuring its compaction.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the technology by reducing the volume of the hardening filling mixture and using the energy of the explosion when breaking the ore mass of the conjugated chambers in a clamping medium to compact the backfilling mass that has not lost its mobility when mining steeply dipping ore bodies of medium thickness.
