FIELD: furniture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for activating and blocking a fastener between a sidewall and a furniture shelf or other furniture elements. The system contains at least one sidewall (11) and at least one shelf or base (12) or top (13), which are located perpendicular to each other, with a stable connection through the fastening unit (G). In the specified fastening unit (G) a pin (17) is provided, equipped with fastening elements to the specified at least one sidewall (11) and at least one shelf or base (12), or top (13) and at least partially inserted into holes (14, 23) of the sidewall (11) and the shelf or base (12) or top (13). Said pin (17) has a side hole (31) suitable for receiving a moulded rod (30) which extends from the group (27) for activating and blocking the attachment assembly (G) located on said shelf or base (12) or top (13), parallel to the floor (P) or ceiling (S), while the specified group (27) of activation and blocking of the attachment unit (G) provides a mechanical transmission at an angle of 90° between a manoeuvring point (A) which is accessible from the front or side of the furniture and said moulded rod (30) which is inserted into said side hole (31) of said pin (17). The specified pin (17) has a protruding part, in which a body (18) is presented for the tip of the blocking countersunk screw (19) screwed into the internal threaded hole (20) of the cylinder (21) located in the first hole (22) of the shelf or base (12), or top (13). Said first hole (22) intersects and crosses the second hole (23) formed in a direction perpendicular to the first hole (22) of the shelf or base (12) and top (13). In said blocking countersunk screw (19), a hole (31) is provided, which receives said moulded rod (30), which extends from the group (27) for activating and blocking the attachment assembly (G).
EFFECT: providing a connection system between two panels that creates minimal difficulty and is minimally visible to the observer, although it is easily accessible from a very small space between the floor and a piece of furniture or a piece of furniture or between the top and the ceiling.
