FIELD: pharmacy; medical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a drug with immunomodulatory activity being a dry extract obtained from the roots of Fisher's milkweed. The claimed method consists in a single treatment of Fischer's milkweed roots with goat broth at a ratio of vegetable raw materials and a solvent of 1:15 for 120 minutes at 100°C, filtration of plant materials, drying, grinding to particles with a diameter of 3 mm, three times treatment with 50% ethyl alcohol in the ratio of raw materials: extractant, equal to 1:16, for 60, 60 and 30 minutes, respectively, evaporation of the combined extracts to 1/3 of the original volume and purification by separation, followed by additional evaporation of the purified extract to 1/5 of the original volume, drying in a vacuum dryer at a temperature of 60°C for 8 h and grinding in a propeller type mill.
EFFECT: method provides obtaining a complex of biologically active substances present in plants of the Euphorbia genus, enriched with polyphenolic compounds, with high P-vitamin and immunomodulatory activity, without any toxic and irritating effect on the body.
