SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and systems for opening the side doors of a vehicle. The group of inventions relates to a system for opening a rear side door of a vehicle, a hinge and a spring closer of a door opening system. The system for opening the rear side door of the vehicle comprises a rear side door of the vehicle connected to the vehicle body, an actuator for moving the side door and a lock that can be in the engaged position to lock the rear side door in the closed position and in the disengaged position to unlock the rear side door for opening, and the rear side door includes a hinge connecting the door to the vehicle body, characterized in that the hinge is mounted to the rear end of the rear side door of the vehicle adjacent to the rear of the vehicle body, and is made of three links, the extreme links of which are mounted to the body and door of the vehicle, and the middle link is adapted for articulated connection with the said extreme links, the actuator is a mechanism installed in the rear side door of the vehicle, containing an amplifier vertically oriented and directed along the door in its front part, at the ends of which locks are mounted, the levers of the internal drives of which are connected by rods with a movable door handle for moving between the initial position and the open position, and the ratchets and pawls of the locks are configured for interacting with a spring closer mounted along the vehicle body, the actuator and the hinge are configured for simultaneous sliding movement of the rear side door of the vehicle along its body at the first stage and its rotary movement vertically along the axis of connection of the lock with a spring closer, followed by disengagement of the door lock from the spring closer for further rotary opening of the vehicle door using a hinge.

EFFECT: creating a safe independent system for opening the rear side door of a vehicle, the body of which is not equipped with the centre pillar.
