FIELD: gas production.

SUBSTANCE: operation of gas pumping units in the gas production and transportation. A method for cleaning the internal surfaces of a centrifugal blower of a gas-pumping unit from deposits includes pumping a ready solution for flushing through a nozzle. The nozzle consists of a tip with perforated holes, a ball valve to shut off the solution supply, a check valve and a quick-detachable connection for coupling to the hose supplied from the pump, installed on the inlet pipe of the centrifugal blower. Cleaning is carried out in two stages. At the first stage, the flushing solution in the amount of 300 liters is fed through the inlet pipe of the centrifugal blower while filling the circuit of the centrifugal blower with gas and blowing onto the candle. At the second stage, when the rotor is spinning up to the “Idle” mode, an additional 700 liters of flushing solution are added through the inlet pipe of the centrifugal blower. The centrifugal blower is flushed for 30 minutes with analytical monitoring of the solution flow rate and the operation parameters of the gas compressor unit. The flushing solution consists of the following components, wt.%: distilled water 85-90; citric acid 0.5; propylene glycol butyl ether 0.5; additive agent OP-10 9-14.

EFFECT: reduced time for cleaning deposits on the internal surfaces of centrifugal blowers of gas compressor units without the need to open the housing of centrifugal blowers and dismantle the replaceable flow part.
