SUBSTANCE: anti-panic lock (1) comprises a cylinder having a pawl (7), which is configured to be turned with a key to move the bolt (3) configured to rotate the element (8) to actuate the latch (6), the cam (9) located on the rotatable element (8), the motion receiver and distributor, comprising the first rotatable plate (10), comprising the first shaped perimeter receiving profile (12) for receiving movement from the pawl (7), and the second shaped perimeter receiving profile (13) for receiving movement from the cam (9), and a pulling element (14) for pulling the crossbar (3), which is slidable in said groove (5). Said groove (5) has an intermediate section (5a) shaped for reversible movement of the crossbar (3) by the pulling element (14), the first and, respectively, the second end sections (5b, 5c) shaped to block the bolt (3) by the pulling element (14) in travel stop positions. Additionally, a resilient pusher element (11) is provided that interacts with the first plate (10) to help reach the positions of the travel stops. A door or window with an anti-panic lock is also offered.

EFFECT: door or window with an anti-panic lock suitable for implementation with different functions without modifying its basic design.
