FIELD: measuring techniques.

SUBSTANCE: used for automated measurement and calculation of indicators of the state of the working environment in vessels for storing cryogenic products operating under pressure. The method for determining the liquid level and the time of its storage in a cryogenic vessel consists in the fact that information from a pressure sensor in the gas phase of the vessel, a pressure difference sensor between the gas and liquid phases, a vacuum pressure sensor in a heat-insulating space and an ambient temperature sensor is transmitted in real time to a computing module for calculating the current and predicted values of the liquid level in the vessel and the time of non-drainage storage of the cryoproduct. The calculation of the predicted values is carried out taking into account the updated value of the heat inflow from the environment through the thermal insulation.

EFFECT: improving the safety of operation of the cryogenic tank by providing the possibility of calculating the value of the reserve storage time of the cryogenic product in real time.
