SUBSTANCE: autonomous testing, specifically the device and method for autonomous testing of the speed controller (SC) The device for autonomous testing of the speed controller consists of an industrial computer unit, a high-speed acquisition and controller unit, a button and indicator unit, and a unit of connecting cables. The connecting cable unit is connected to the PC. The connecting cable unit is connected to the high-speed acquisition and controller unit. The industrial computer unit is connected to the high-speed acquisition and controller unit. The button and indicator unit is separately connected to the industrial computer unit and the high-speed acquisition and controller unit.
EFFECT: device is designed to simulate the operating state of the diesel plant (DP) and commands onsite, carry out an offline test of the DP, reduce the likelihood of a DP failure when the DP is operating online, reduce the time of the DP inoperability, thereby ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the DP system and NPP.
