SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for feeding larvae and juveniles of the Far Eastern sea cucumber under conditions of artificial breeding at mariculture enterprises. Algae and yeast of the genus Rhodotorula are introduced into the growing container in the form of a suspension, which is prepared from 250 mL of sea water and a feed additive containing dry fodder yeast Rhodotorula benthica in an amount of 54 wt.%, sodium chloride in the amount of 6 wt.%, crude protein in the amount of 35 wt.% and astaxanthin in the amount of 5 wt.%. The feed additive is used at the rate of 0.5-1.5 g of Rhodotorula benthica for 1 specimen and at a concentration of 20,000-60,000 yeast cells per 1 mL of water. The resulting suspension is added to a growing tank with an average planting density of 1 sp/mL of water. Until settling, juvenile larvae are fed 3-4 times a day with a suspension with a feed additive containing yeast for 1 specimen at the stages of development of early and middle auricularia in the amount of 0.5 g, and at the stages of development from late auricularia to settled juveniles of 1-1.5 g. Settled juveniles are fed 2-3 times a day with a suspension with a feed additive containing yeast in the amount of 1.5 g for 1 specimen, a filtered homogenate from attached diatoms, as well as compound feed. For 1 million individuals less than 0.1 cm in size, the homogenate is taken in an amount of 30 g, with an individual size of at least 0.1 cm - 100 g, and for individuals over 1 cm in size, compound feed is additionally used in the amount of 5-20 g containing fish meal in the amount of 60 wt.%, green onion flour in the amount of 20 wt.%, corn protein in the amount of 12 wt.%, crude protein in the amount of 3 wt.%, probiotics in the amount of 4.7 wt.% and crushed shell of Mytilus trossulus in the amount of 0.3 wt.%.

EFFECT: high survival rate of larvae and juveniles of the Far Eastern sea cucumber.
