DEEP-SEA DIVING BREATHING APPARATUS WITH ELECTRONIC CONTROL OF OXYGEN PARTIAL PRESSURE Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC B63C11/36

Abstract RU 2797932 C1

FIELD: diving technology.

SUBSTANCE: deep-sea diving breathing apparatus is proposed. The deep-sea diving breathing apparatus with a closed breathing circuit with electronic control of oxygen partial pressure consists of a valve box with an integrated lung machine, an exhalation hose, a poison-safety valve, a breathing machine, an absorption cartridge cover with integrated oxygen sensors, an absorption cartridge, connectors/fittings for connecting the cable-hose assembly, an inhalation hose, a DHS supply hose to the lung machine, an oxygen cylinder, an oxygen reducer, a solenoid valve, an electronic control unit with integrated battery for emergency power supply, an inhalation bag, an emergency switching unit with open circuit breathing, a diving helmet, an exhalation bag, a breathing gas cylinder reducer, a breathing gas cylinder manometer, a breathing gas cylinder. The high-pressure oxygen cylinder is equipped with a pressure gauge. The reducer is connected by a hose to an absorption cartridge, where, when the solenoid valve is opened, oxygen is supplied, using at least three oxygen sensors and their analysis by a microprocessor electronic computer with an integrated autonomous power source for emergency power supply, readings of the oxygen partial pressure in the breathing circuit are read. Based on the received data, the microprocessor electronic computer gives a command to open the electromagnetic valve and supply oxygen, and also transmits information in real time via the cable, which is part of the cable-hose bundle, to the diving commander's console.

EFFECT: minimized consumption of respiratory gas mixtures, increased autonomy of the breathing apparatus in autonomous mode and simplified composition of the deep-sea diving complex.
