FIELD: metal processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to processing of metals by pressure and can be used when straightening rings. A turntable is installed on the upper horizontal surface of the bed. The support has a cylinder with a stop fixed on its rod with a folding grip to return the ring to its original position after straightening. On the side surface of the support housing there is a linear displacement sensor connected by means of a bracket to the stop. A block for correcting the shape of the ring is mounted on the bed, made in form of a body with external and internal swivel bearings designed to support the ring in the straightening process. The inserts have the ability to rotate in accordance with the outer shape of the ring that changes during the straightening process.

EFFECT: uniform plastic deformation of the product during the straightening process and control of the deformation value are ensured.
