FIELD: pulse technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in key generators and secondary power supplies. Specifically, the invention can be used in a pulse phase modulator that generates two pairs of paraphase signals, so that the second pair has an adjustable offset (time delay) relative to the first. A control circuit (2), a circuit for calculating reference signals and response thresholds (3) and NOT gate (25) are introduced into a device for generating two pairs of complementary PWM signals comprising a clock frequency generator (1), a master counter (4) connected to PWM signal generators containing comparators. The master counter (4) is made in the form of a binary reversible counter. The control circuit (2) has four inputs for clock signal, count limit signal, external clock signal and master counter register value signal, and is connected to the master counter output by this input. Two PWM signal generators consist of four comparators (5-8 and 9-12) connected in a certain way to AND gates (13-16 and 19-22). The AND gates (13-16 and 19-22) are connected to the RS triggers (17, 18, 23, 24). The circuit for calculating the reference signals and operation thresholds (3) has three inputs intended for supplying signals of the count limit, phase shift, and dead pause. The outputs of the circuit for calculating the reference signals and thresholds (3) are connected in a certain way to the comparators of the PWM signal generators. Outputs of RS triggers (17, 18, 23, 24) are PWM signal outputs.

EFFECT: simplification of the circuit while increasing the reliability of operation due to the introduction of a currentless pause, as well as expanding the range of tools used to generate phase-shifted PWM signals, for example, for pulse-phase modulators.
