SUBSTANCE: pre-sowing treatment of seeds and vegetative plants. The agent for increasing the yield and quality of agricultural crops contains 31 wt.% of an aqueous solution of bischofite and an organic acid, while the agent contains a complexon forming a complexonate with bischofite as an organic acid. The complexone is preliminarily neutralized with a base and the initial components are used at a molar ratio of magnesium chloride: complexone: alkali equal to 1:(1.17-2.33):(1.78-6.04). An amino acid or a mixture of amino acids is used as a complexone.

EFFECT: increasing germination of seeds, accelerated growth, increased crop yields and crop quality.
