SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an opening device (10) for a cooling device (1) containing a door unit, having a mounting base (20) configured to be installed on the provided fasteners (11) for the door hinge (9) of the cooling device (1), and functional module (30) having an ejector element (32) made with the possibility of extension under electrical control. The opening device is characterized in that the mounting base (20) has contacts (22) and the functional module (30) has mating contacts (311), wherein the contacts (22) and mating contacts (311) are in contact with each other when the functional module (30) attached to the mounting base (20) to supply current to the functional module.
