FIELD: heat engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in heat exchangers designed for heating and hot water supply. The device comprises eight pressure sensors, temperature sensors, normalizing electrical signal converters, subtracting devices that form the difference in signals from sensors at the inputs and outputs of heat exchangers, comparing devices that compare the value of the difference in sensor readings with an allowable deviation. The circuit includes OR logic elements that collect alarm signals, RS triggers for fixing alarm signals, AND-NOT logic elements, as well as logical negation blocks necessary for generating control pulses for relay modules, to the inputs of which electromagnetic valves can be connected.

EFFECT: ensuring continuous and correct operation of heat exchangers by assessing the degree of heat transfer.
