FIELD: construction; mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of building materials. The low-clinker hydraulic binder contains acidic blast-furnace granulated slag with a specific surface area of 430-510 m2/kg, cement with a Portland cement clinker content of at least 95% and a compressive strength at the age of 2 days of at least 20 MPa and at the age of 28 days of at least 52.5 MPa, as an activator - a plasticizing additive based on lignosulfonates with polymer additives in the following ratio, wt.%: the specified slag 75.0-85.0; specified cement 15.0-25.0; the specified activator 0.64-0.71 in excess of 100 wt.%. Stowing mixture contains, wt.%: specified binder 6.0-17.0; filler 60.0-71.0; water the rest.
EFFECT: utilization of acid blast-furnace granulated slag of metallurgical production by obtaining a low-clinker hydraulic binder with a high content of acid blast-furnace granulated slag and obtaining a backfill mixture based on it with the required strength indicators within the specified hardening time.
