FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: photoelectric motor contains a stator in form of an opaque housing with an inductor placed in it in form of magnets with alternating polarity of poles around the circumference of the stator, light sources illuminating the housing from the outside. It also contains a rotor with an armature winding in form of sections connected in series in a closed circuit and separate photodiodes electrically connected to each section, which are placed in the form of a ring around the circumference of the rotor at periodically repeating angular distances between them and in the order of their connection to the sections of the armature winding. One photodiode is electrically connected to the initial output of each section. The photodiodes are connected to the sections with outputs of one polarity, the outputs of the other polarity are connected in pairs. Pairs of photodiodes connect the initial outputs of a pair of sections, offset along the circumference of the armature by the width of the sections. Optically transparent windows are made in the opaque housing, through which light sources illuminate the photodiodes that generate electricity. Unlit photodiodes act as electronic valves and switch currents in the sections at different positions of the rotor according to the polarity of the magnetic poles of the inductor to create torque. The angular size of the windows is equal to the angular distance between two adjacent photodiodes, which are connected to sections located on the neutral under the poles of one of the polarities.
EFFECT: increase of reliability, reduction of electrical losses and reduction of weight and size indicators.
