FIELD: land vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: in the MSTC (multi-stage transfer case) there are five pairs of cylindrical gears in constant engagement, in the reverse gearbox (RG) there are two sets of three bevel gears each, on the input shaft on both sides there are standard single-disk clutches with extended diaphragm springs. The invention is intended to improve the operational capabilities of land vehicles by reversing all gears, using standard single-plate clutches, differential shaft drive at the output, and eliminating face engagement of gears.
EFFECT: operational properties of land vehicles are improved due to the reversal of all gears, the use of standard single-disk clutches, the differential drive of the shafts at the output of the MSTC, the reliability of the land vehicles is increased with the exclusion of the end engagement of gears, which led to increased wear of the gear teeth and a decrease in the performance of the MSTC.
