FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing a stator of an electric machine includes manufacturing a stator magnetic circuit from a solid billet with teeth into which winding wires are laid, impregnated and dried. The magnetic circuit is obtained by pouring into a mould, followed by curing. As the material of the magnetic core, a composition based on an elastomer with a magnetically soft metal filler in the form of a metal fine powder up to 200 mcm in size, placed in an elastomer matrix, is used in a ratio of 6-10 parts of the powder to 1 part of the elastomer. Then, each stator tooth is wound with a winding wire so that the wire fits snugly against the walls of the stator teeth, the stator is given the necessary shape, then an epoxy composition is applied to the outer sides of the stator, after curing of which the stator is mounted in the electric machine housing.
EFFECT: increase in operation efficiency.
