SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a DNA molecule for initiating transcription of a heterologous transcribable polynucleotide molecule. Also disclosed are a transgenic plant cell containing the specified DNA molecule, a transgenic plant containing the specified DNA molecule, a part of the transgenic plant containing the specified DNA molecule, a transgenic seed containing the specified DNA molecule, a food product obtained from the specified plant. A method for obtaining a commercial product from said plant and a method for expressing a transcribed polynucleotide molecule are disclosed.
EFFECT: invention provides increased expression of a heterologous transcribable polynucleotide molecule.
