FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of a feeding unit, an inclined conveyor, an unloading conveyor. The feeding unit is made four-bladed with diametrically spaced metal blades of a flat shape, on which flat elastic plates with a width equal to the width of the blades are fixed, protruding beyond the free end of the blade with a protrusion height of 50 mm and located on the surface of the blades in the direction of their rotation. The axis of the shaft of the feeding unit is located relative to the axis of the lower sprocket of the inclined bar conveyor in such a way that at the closest approach of the end of the elastic plate to the surface of the bar conveyor, a gap of at least half the diameter of the bulb remains. The inclined scraper conveyor is made of a conveyor belt, on which profiled rubber scrapers 50 mm high are located. The device additionally comprises a cylindrical separator with a reverse inclination of the axis relative to the frame and elongated cells with rounded ends. The upper end of the unloading conveyor, located in the process of unloading the onion sets above the vehicle platform, has a bucket.

EFFECT: improved quality of cleaning onion sets harvested from the field from soil impurities.
