SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a seal (20; 120; 220) for a clothes dryer (1) configured to be installed between the first part (10, 12) and the second part (8a, 8b) of the dryer (1). The seal (20; 120; 220) contains the first section (30; 130) configured to be connected to the first part (10; 12) of the dryer (1), and the second section (40; 140; 240) configured to be located in contact with the second part (8a, 8b) of the dryer (1). The second section (40; 140; 240) contains at least partially curved stretching part (42; 142; 242), and this at least partially curved stretching part (42; 142; 242) contains a flocked surface layer (42a; 142a), made with the possibility of being in contact with the specified second part (8a, 8b) of the dryer (1).

EFFECT: seal allows you to reduce the amount of maintenance and/or the frequency of replacement of seals, thereby increasing the service life and reliability of the seal.
