FIELD: aircraft engines.

SUBSTANCE: air intake (3) for the aircraft engine nacelle comprises leading edge (31) connecting substantially cylindrical inner wall (32) and substantially cylindrical outer wall (33). The air intake includes acoustic structure (40) containing acoustic cells (41), wherein acoustic structure (40) is located in space (50) restricted by inner wall (32), outer wall (33) and leading edge (31). Acoustic structure (40) is an additional part attached to air intake (3) by fixing means (60). The acoustic cells are located opposite the area of inner wall (32) and/or edge (31) at predetermined distance (d), such that acoustic cells (41) of acoustic structure (40) do not come into contact with inner wall (32) and/or edge (31), while performing a sound-absorbing function.

EFFECT: simplification of assembly and protection against icing.
