The system forms modifying blocks such that with the formation of a continuous sequential chain of blocks, with each change of the data block and metadata block by the modifying block, a subsequent block of the chain is formed for the corresponding block containing the modified data of the corresponding block of the chain, and the hash sum of the preceding block of the chain and the hash sum of the subsequent block of the chain, calculated taking into account the hash sum of the preceding block of the chain, and the storage of blocks is carried out in the form of an excess set of data.
