FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tillage tools, which use disk working bodies. The disc tool includes device 1 for connecting it to the power source, a frame on which disc working bodies 3 are frontally mounted in rows 2 on autonomous racks, having an angle of attack, an angle of inclination to the vertical plane and forming paired rows. Neighbouring disk working bodies, forming paired rows, are set at a distance b from each other by a value that provides the required height of the ridge bottom of the furrow and is determined from the expression where b is the distance between the points of intersection of the axes of adjacent disks with the planes of rotation of their cutting edges along the axis OY, m; R1 and R2 are radii of disk working bodies, m; α1 and α2 are angles of attack of disk working bodies, deg; β1 and β2 are installation angles of disk working bodies to the vertical, degrees; hg is the accepted height of the ridge bottom of the furrow, m;ξ is the soil shear coefficient, ξ =1…1.7.
EFFECT: reduction in energy consumption and an increase in the quality of the process.
