FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: grain harvester concave suspension mechanism comprises a concave (2) installed under the threshing drum (3), adjustable concave suspensions (7, 8, 9 and 10) pivotally connected to levers (5, 6 and 11) mounted on the torsion shaft (4), and a drive (12) pivotally connected to the torsion shaft (4). Plugs (13, 14 and 15) are installed between the concave (2) sidewall and the carcass panel in the places where the adjustable hangers are attached (7, 8, 9 and 10). Springs are installed between the concave (2) sidewall and the plug (13, 14 and 15). From the outside, fingers (17 and 18) are installed in the longitudinal grooves of the thresher frame. The concave (2) is made of two parts suspended on the front and rear suspensions (7 and 10) to the mechanism for regulating its position and pivotally connected to each other by pins (17 and 18), which are attached to the middle suspensions (8 and 9) of the regulation mechanism.
EFFECT: increase in productivity of the combine harvester, reduction of grain losses, reduction of labor intensity of operations for mounting and dismantling plugs, as well as simplification of the design by reducing the number of parts.
