FIELD: hydrotransport.
SUBSTANCE: method of pressurized hydrotransport of goods through a pipeline consists in the fact that compressed air is periodically introduced into the flow of the transporting liquid in the initial section of the pipeline at a given frequency. Compressed air is injected with a frequency in the range (f/fo) 0.5 =0.45-0.6 (where f is the gas supply frequency, Hz; fo =1 Hz is a characteristic frequency equal to the upper limit of the recommended values) in an amount necessary to create flow pulsations with amplitude A. The amplitude corresponds to the difference between the design velocity of the pulp Vd and the siltation velocity Vs of the transported material.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of pressurized hydrotransport of cargo in a pulsating carrier fluid flow.
