SUBSTANCE: device of the combine harvester intended for spreading straw comprises a shield installed behind the straw walker, a pitched spreader board in the form of a wedge-shaped divider with lateral edges, the angle of inclination of which to the horizon is not more than the angle of friction of the straw on the material faces. Under the divider there is a unit for distributing straw over the field made in the form of a shaft located under the side faces of the divider of the shaft, on which, with the help of bushings and locking bolts, spreading telescopic elastic elements of oval or round section are fixed parallel to the lateral faces of the divider, with their ends turned into opposite sides relative to the longitudinal axis of the combine. The spreading elastic elements, as well as the edges of the divider-divider, are installed at an angle to the horizontal not more than the angle of friction of the straw against the material of the latter and configured for adjusting the working length of the spreading elements, the distance between them, as well as the angle of inclination to the horizon.

EFFECT: uniform spreading of straw coming out of the combine thresher without additional crushing on the stubble surface of the field for mulching and fertilizing the soil without additional power consumption of the combine.
