FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wear-resistant steel sheet used for the manufacture of parts for industrial and transport equipment. The sheet has a chemical composition containing in % by weight: С: 0.15-0.30 Si: 0.05-1.00, Мn: 0.50-2.00 P: 0.020 or less, S: 0.010 or less Al: 0.01-0.06 Cr: 0.10-1.00, N: 0.0100 or less, optionally at least one element selected from the group consisting of: Nb: 0.005-0.020 Ti: 0.005-0.020 and B: 0.0003-0.0030, optionally at least one element selected from the group consisting of: Cu: 0.01-0.5, Ni: 0.01-3.0, Mo: 0.1-1.0, V: 0.01-0.10, W: 0.01-0.5 и Co: 0.01-0.5, optionally at least one element selected from the group consisting of: Ca: 0.0005-0.0050, Mg: 0.0005-0.0100 and REM: 0.0005-0.0200, the rest is Fe and unavoidable impurities. The volume fraction of martensite at a depth of 1 mm from the surface of the wear-resistant steel sheet is 90% or more. The hardness at a depth of 1 mm from the surface is 420-560 HBW 10/3000 Brinell. The difference in Vickers hardness in the transverse direction is 30Hv10 or less, and the difference in hardness in the transverse direction is defined as the difference in hardness at a depth of 1 mm from the surface between two adjacent points with an interval of 10 mm in the transverse direction of the wear-resistant steel sheet.
EFFECT: sheet has the desired combination of abrasion resistance and flex workability.
