FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: machine includes guide rods mounted on the base and bending modules. Two callipers are placed on the guide rods for mounting the bending modules on them, one calliper is fixed rigidly, and the other is movable along the guide rods at a distance from the fixed calliper, determined by the dimensions of the future part. A pressing mechanism is installed on the callipers, an angle is installed on the base that can rotate around the horizontal axis. The cutting mechanism is fixed on a fixed calliper. Each bending module includes a pneumatic cylinder, the rod of which is connected to a gear rack, the maximum stroke of which is limited by an adjusting stop and determines the bending angle of the end of the blank, and which is connected to a hollow bending shaft, on the end of which a bending pin is installed offset relative to the axis of the hollow bending shaft. The bending modules are designed to ensure simultaneous start of operation, the end of which is determined. The design of the cutting mechanism and the pressing mechanisms of the machine is disclosed.

EFFECT: share of manual labour in the manufacture of parts from wire and bars is decreased.
