FIELD: composite nanoparticles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for obtaining colloidal solutions of composite nanoparticles by chemical vapour deposition, in particular, obtaining a colloidal solution of copper nanoparticles coated with molybdenum disulphide in dimethylformamide. A method is presented for obtaining a colloidal solution of composite nanoparticles consisting of copper cores coated with molybdenum disulphide, for which copper cores are obtained by reducing copper from copper chloride CuCl2, adding an aqueous solution of copper chloride CuCl2 to a solvent and processing the resulting solution, characterized in that dimethylformamide is used as a reagent solvent, the solution is thermally treated to reduce copper, a shell of molybdenum disulphide is obtained by introducing ammonium thiomolybdate into the solution with ready-made copper cores after thermal treatment, followed by transportation of the resulting solution in the form of an aerosol by an inert gas flow into a heated reaction zone, by pyrolysis of the mentioned aerosol solution, after which copper nanoparticles coated with molybdenum disulphide are deposited in a container with a solvent - dimethylformamide.
EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in labour costs, a reduction in the number of stages of the synthesis process, the possibility of controlling the concentration of particles in the resulting solution in the process of obtaining.
