FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cyber-physical system for creating and validating a digital twin of an aircraft component based on the results of semi-realistic modelling. The system contains the following components structurally connected and interacting with each other: a test bench; a measuring system; an information processing complex; a primary information storage unit; an identification, processing and analysis unit; a unit for logging and visualization of results; a “Results” data storage unit; a data transmission system switch; a digital twin control unit; a unit for monitoring changes and modifications of the digital twin; a digital twin validator; a module for numerical modelling of related problems; a functional modelling module; a “Hydrogasdynamics” numerical modelling module; a “Strength” numerical modelling module; a “Thermal conductivity” numerical modelling module; an “Electromagnetism” numerical modelling module; a discrete model building module; a geometric model building module; an “Environment” data storage unit; a “Materials” data storage unit; a high-performance computing system; a structural model building module; a “Design documentation” data storage unit; a digital twin storage control unit; a local area network; a “Digital Twin” data storage unit.
EFFECT: possibility of creating and validating a digital twin of an aircraft component.
