SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to correct the functional activity of the ovaries in dairy cows during their postpartum hypofunction. The animals are administered proovulin containing granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor 0.004 mg/ml intramuscularly twice with a 7-day interval at a dose of 10 ml/animal.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the number of fertilized animals, a reduction in the fertilization rate, and the duration of infertility.
